Capias: Failure to Appear
Debra Ann Kilyanek, the defendant in the Saint Dunstan embezzlement case was scheduled for sentencing on May 9, 2008, in the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan. The defendant failed to appear for sentencing and a warrant for her arrest was issued by Judge Margie R. Braxton at approximately at 12:30 pm. More information to follow.
UPDATE: The writ of capias for Debra Ann Kilyanek has been withdrawn at the request of the Wayne County Prosecutor. A new sentencing date has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2008.
